If your flight is delayed up to 3 hours, this is classed as a minor flight change.
Unfortunately, there isn’t much we can do to help when a minor flight change occurs. Purchasing a flight means you agree to accept any minor flight schedule changes within the airline’s terms and conditions. Airlines tend not to offer compensation for minor flight changes.
WeSki will be in charge of adjusting your original transfer pick-up times (if booked through WeSki) to match your new flight times.
If your flight is delayed between 3-12 hours, this is also classed as a minor flight change.
As such a delay may reflect in additional supplier fees, we highly recommend claiming compensation and potential refunds from your airline and through your insurance company.
If your flight is delayed over 12 hours, this is classed as a significant flight change.
If you face a significant schedule change, we will try to find you a suitable alternative flight. If we find alternatives and you choose not to accept them, we will refund your booking in full minus a £75 per group cancellation fee to cover the handling fees of cancelling the other components of your trip. If we cannot find you any suitable flights, we will cancel your holiday and refund you in full.
