Your flight's booking reference is a unique number that allows you to access your booking on the airline's website. You can find the booking reference for your flights on your Bookings page, as well as a link to the check in page, as shown in the example below:
Some airlines may have mulitiple booking references connected to specific members.
For assistance to understand which member is under a specific reference, please contact our support team.
If your check-in flight instructions do not contain a booking reference or link, please allow 2 weeks after booking for it to appear. However, if your flight is within 24 hours please reach out to a customer support agent.
