You can cancel your part of the trip, but please make sure to submit your request at least 7 days before your departure.
For individual cancellations, we can only refund individual components such as ski passes and equipment hire. Flights are non-refundable, and shared components will be utilised by the remaining group members, so they cannot be refunded. Although the individual will be removed from the group booking, they will still appear on the flight reservation and should be checked in with the rest of the group as normal.
Please note that the table in our Cancellation Policy applies only when the entire group requests to cancel the holiday.
