You can find the check-in instructions for your accommodation on your Bookings page in the 'Get into your stay' section, as shown in the example below:
Additional information can also be found by clicking on the three dots at the top right corner of your Bookings page and selecting Trip details.
Once there, click on the accommodation and scroll down to the 'Know before you go' section for more details on checking in:
Additionally, as part of your check-in instructions, you may be required to pay a breakage deposit. Please note that a receipt will not be issued upon completion of this process.
If there are any issues, WeSki will be notified and will contact you directly. In some cases, you may see a €0 transaction on your credit card after paying the breakage deposit—this simply indicates that the deposit was successfully processed.
