If your breakage or security deposit has not been released, this may be because for certain accommodations the deposit release process can take up to 21 days from the date you checked out of your accommodation.
However, if it has been over 21 days since your departure and you still have not received your deposit, you should start by contacting your credit card provider to find out whether your accommodation has released the funds from the deposit.
If they haven't, you’ll need to contact your accommodation using the details found on your Bookings page.
