You can pick up your equipment anytime after 16:00 on the day of your arrival. If you prefer, you’re also welcome to collect it the following morning. Most shops open between 08:00 and 08:30, but hours may vary—please check the specific opening times for your designated shop.
You’ll find the shop’s opening hours listed on your voucher, available on your Bookings page. Equipment should be returned to the same shop on your final day of skiing or snowboarding. Most shops close around 18:00, but again, be sure to confirm exact times on your voucher.
